Carol's Spooktacular 4 poster bed

How lovely to have another easy to assemble kit from the CKC ladies that allows your imagination to run riot. As I opened the package I had just seen an advert for Halloween party food and so….my spooky scene was decided!

It is self evident how the bed and side tables are quickly made so dependant upon your choice of finish (black paint for me), there is lots of time while this is drying to plan the dressing of the bed and the accessories.

I was, of course, obliged to include a black cat on the rumpled duvet cover but other less obvious pieces were chosen for the bedside tables.

Using the CKC Round boxes with lids die, I made a steam punk hat WITCH (sorry), with its’ bat dictated the male side of the bed (Hiss)!

The witch ornament and spooky plant lent itself to indicate the lady in this relationship (Hearse).

A few relevant books on spells and learning to fly a broomstick helped along with bottles and jars of unguents and potions to complete the look.

This is a great kit for a diaroma or to add a touch of class in a period bedroom of a dolls house. WITCH (sorry again) will you choose?
