Payment methods:

Payments can be made using major credit, debit cards & PayPal via our secure checkout process.

if you do not wish to use Paypal we use "I Zettle" and can send you a secure link to your mobile phone or an invoice via email. We can also accept bank transfer, please contact us directly if you wish to use these forms of payment.

 

Should you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible stating your order number. If it hasn’t already been dispatched, we will do our very best to help you.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48hours.

Postage:

Standard 2nd class signed for £2.99 within the UK - you will be required to sign for delivery.*

Orders over £30 come with free UK P&P.

We also use Hermes signed for, dependant on order weight and contents.

Please contact us for international shipping rates before placing as order,

the price quoted is an estimate and may be more or less depending on the product ordered.

*By placing an order with us, you agree that using signed-for postage provides sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received at the address provided by you.

 

  International Buyers - Please Note: 

 Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

 

Returns and refunds:

Your rights to return goods are protected under EU distance selling directive and customer contracts regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. You can do this by contacting us via email or phone, quoting your order number. Your refund will be paid within 14 days upon our receipt of the returned goods.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, we would recommend you insure and use a signed-for service. Any goods must be returned in a saleable condition.

 

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault. Upon receiving your order, please check it and if there are any problems contact us as soon as possible; we will do our best to rectify the situation.

 

Returns policy:

Goods may be returned up to 14 working days from receipt of your order, if you change your mind.

 

However if the goods are faulty please contact us immediately stating your order number and we will arrange a refund or exchange once we have received the faulty goods; if the goods are faulty we will refund your postage.

We may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged goods before posting back to us.

All refunds will be within 14 working days and will be refunded via the original payment method used.
