Elizabeth's Christmas Room Box
This week we are taking a closer look at the Christmas Room Box Design Team member Elizabeth decorated.
We all hoard the papers we love don't we, and these Anna Griffin papers have been hanging a round for years. Whilst I readlly enjoy bringing them out to gaze lovingly upon them, it was time for the chop...yes I took scissors to my beautiful paper, selecting several co-ordinating shades of pink I went to town decorating my Christmas Room Box both inside and out.
As you peep through the glazed window you can see the room is decorated in shades of pink and green with lots of sparkle, well it is Christmas after all!
Once the door is open you are greeted by a room that is in the process of being decorated ready for Christmas.
The tree is covererd in holographic gold glitter with pink ornaments on the branches and stands in a pink pot. Underneath there are parcels wrapped up in gold and pink.
There's a holly wreath above the mantle and the hearth is clean and tidy ready for Santa to pop down the chimney, even the pink and white china cat has been dusted!
Everyone is helping to make paperchain decorations that will be hung once they are comleted, you can see one section of those on the comfy chair by the side of the fire.
And do I spy one of the boxes under the tree has been opened...
