Hello, We have recently added GrafixArts products to our shop, three for now but hopefully more soon! I'm proud to represent GrafixArts on Hochanda showing some of their wonderful products.
Double Tac is a double sided adhesive sheet that gives a strong bond and is fully archival. Maggie gave it a rigorous testing and found it excellent for sticking spines into an album cover, it was so much easier than applying strips from tape rolls.
Artist Tac is a dry adhesive film perfect for clean crafting and is a favourite of Rosemary's, one of our DT team! Just the thing to make your own stickers, perfect with die cutting and can also be used for backgrounds. More from me soon about Artist Tac.
The other project is Dura-Lar Matte- one of my favourites! Dura-Lar is a polyester film, archival, non-tearing, lays flat and can be heat embossed. It comes in three different forms, Clear, Wet Media and Matte. And it fussy cuts to perfection!
Here are the final two pictures of the Introduction to Album Making Workshop. This album also fits into the space at the bottom of the Roll-Top Box which is another kit that is sold in the shop by CoolKatzCraft
If you are a beginner and have never made anything like this before - go for it! Perhaps you want to bring a friend? Maggie and Kay will ensure that you understand exactly what you have to do, and you will go home with this fantastic album which you have made from scratch and have decorated yourself! Maggie and Kay are making a gorgeous lunch so you will have a delicious break before embarking on the second half with cakes for tea! Book here: https://www.coolkatzcraft.com/events
I love these papers, they are so bright and cheerful and the turtle is to die for! Ofcourse if you have any other bits that you want to use to keep him company then it might be worth having a delve in your stash!
You can still enrol for the workshop with a fab lunch at https://www.coolkatzcraft.com/events
Last week I showed you the first few pages, here are the next few pages...
Here are the 5th and 6th pages (above) but with the flaps opened up (below) so you can see all of the space for holiday pictures or a diving holiday or diving lessons...
The 7th and 8th pages have the TURTLE!!!!!!! on them. This is a great set of papers for a man, whether or not he likes to go diving...
Maggie has given me some more photos of the Introduction to Album Making Kit which shows various page lay-outs for you to consider using if you want to make any of the kits that CoolKatzCrafts offers in their shop https://www.coolkatzcraft.com/shop
This the project that the crafters who have booked on the Workshop for the 26/1/19 will be making. You can sign up for it here, there are a few more places https://www.coolkatzcraft.com/events-1/introduction-to-album-making-day
You can see here that there is a flap underneath the shells and their tag
Here it is opened, and there are two pockets where you can put journaling, cuttings, receipts or photos...
On the 3rd and 4th page Maggie has used the background paper of the sea and has matched it up making two pockets and then two smaller ones at the bottom. Here you can see how the use of black to trim all of the pieces of paper makes it 'pop'
